Whether in our roastery, in the academy, in logistics, or in our cafés: We share knowledge, roast with passion, and make coffee an experience. Sustainability, transparency, and quality are not just important to us, but the core of what we do. We want to make coffee better – for everyone who grows it, prepares it, and enjoys it.

We don't have "open positions."

We are looking for people who want to take on tasks. There are no defined "positions" in our company. We are always looking for people who want to join us on our journey and who find what we do as a company meaningful.

There is a field of tasks – but more can always be added. As a company, we are flexible and create a portfolio of tasks that suits you and the company. This is never static but evolves with you.
