Coffee from the cultivation to the cup
As coffee makers, we have been dealing with specialty coffee since 2009 . We grow coffee on our own farm in Nicaragua, roast it in Basel and supply it to our cafés and selected restaurants.
We see ourselves as a coffee community company. We share our knowledge and help ensure that perfect coffee flows from the home espresso machine as well as from the professional catering machine.
The Kaffeemacher:innen team has gained a wide range of experience over the years, which is incorporated into our courses, videos and advice. As roasters, we have worked for small and large roasting companies and taken part in numerous championships. Benjamin became German Sensory Master, Philipp Swiss Barista Champion and Felix Vice Roasting Master and German Vice Barista Master. We are Q-Arabica and Robusta graders, jurors at international championships and the Cup of Excellence.
