Care instructions for your hand mill
To ensure that the coffee tastes delicious over the long term and that your hand grinder can serve you well for a long time, there are only a few things you need to pay attention to.
1. Dismantle the hand mill
The hand mill is unscrewed step by step; we recommend placing the components in front of you in the correct order. To do this, first remove the grinds container and then turn the click wheel in the “coarse” direction until the screw loosens. Now the loosened components are gradually removed.
2. Cleaning with a brush
The individual components are now thoroughly cleaned with a brush. If there is no brush included, a paint brush from the hardware store or a toothbrush will also help.
3. The assembly
The hand mill is then reassembled in the reverse order. The order you followed in step 1 will help you here.
Additional tip: If you have compressed air on hand, you can use it to blow out hard-to-reach corners of the hand mill.
Grinder cleaner for electronic coffee grinders is not required. We also advise against using other cleaning products and the dishwasher.
Cleaning should be carried out every 2 weeks if used regularly.
