Why do we sell this needle tool?
The needle tool is a good tool for creating more even espresso brews from a portafilter machine. Espresso-finely ground coffee beans tend to form lumps. With the needle tool, these lumps in the portafilter can be broken up quickly and easily. Homogeneous ground material helps to avoid channeling . After using the needle tool, the ground coffee is tamped and then the portafilter can be clamped into the portafilter machine for extraction.
Many needle tools on the market have 3, 4 or 5 needles, this tool has 10 needles.
It also comes with a practical storage station, which prevents it from lying around or falling down. There are also 5 replacement needles included. If a needle is damaged or lost, you will have a replacement immediately at hand.
