How does the coffee subscription work?
The process is simple. After you have purchased one or more coffees as a subscription, your coffee will leave our premises at your chosen interval and make its way to you. For example, if you have chosen a 4-weekly delivery, we will dispatch the coffee every four weeks and debit the money via your selected payment method, but only when a delivery is due.
How can I pause or cancel a subscription?
The subscription can be paused or cancelled at any time in the customer portal. The image below shows the subscription portal. You can access this via your account on our website or via the link you receive by email with your first subscription order.

How can I skip or reschedule an order?
You can skip an order by clicking "Skip order and payment" next to an upcoming order in the subscription portal.
You can reschedule an order by clicking "Reschedule" in the subscription portal. A calendar will open where you can easily select the date when your order should leave our premises. Note: this is not the date on which you will receive the coffee.
If you want to permanently change your delivery interval, you can do this in the subscription portal in the "Coffee Subscription" field under "Change".
The subscription discount of 5% on the first order is not displayed?
Please click "Add to cart" to start the payment process. The discount is not yet visible directly in the shopping cart, but only in the final step at checkout.
Can I add products to my subscription?
In the "Items" section, you can change your product selection using the "Change" button.
You can add to your subscription product selection either as a one-time purchase or permanently via "Add".
What happens if a payment cannot be processed?
If a payment cannot be processed, you will receive an email through which you can securely update your payment method.
