How do I find the right filter system for me?
- Determine water quality: Total hardness (°dGH) and carbonate hardness (alkalinity) are particularly important. You can find these values either on your water supplier's website or, even more precisely and easily, with a water testing kit .
- Determine the amount of water: Either estimate the consumption at the kitchen tap or calculate it based on your daily coffee quantity (number of cups and ml, specifying the cup size).

Mit dem Brita-Testkit die Wasserhärte bestimmen.
Im beigelegten Heftchen die Literleistung des Filters und Einstellung bestimmen. Filter an den Kaltwasseranschluss anschließen, kurz Entlüften, 2 Minuten spülen.
Werte nachkontrollieren - fertig. Werte passen wie von Brita empfohlen.

Einfache Installation für gutes Kaffeewasser

Funktioniert direkt am Kaltwasser von dH13 auf 4 mit Filterstufe 2…
Ne Woche später habe ich einen 3 Wege-Wasserhahn nachgerüstet.
Zusätzlich habe ich einen 3/8 Zoll Schlauch und ein Verteiler T-Stück gebraucht.
Sieht super aus! Danke für dein Feedback. 4° dH passt.
Sehr praktisch das komplette Set! Spart man sich den Weg zum Baumarkt!
Die Installation war einfacher als befürchtet. Wir haben uns schlussendlich für einen 3-Wege Wasserhahn entschlossen. Somit haben wir jetzt neben "normalem" Kalt und Warmwasser noch die Möglichkeit das entkalkte mit Magnesium versetzte Wasser das durch die BWT läuft zu nutzen für Kaffee, Tee, Dampfgarer und zum Trinken (Sodamax).
Das entkalkte, Magnesium versetzte Wasser schmeckt uns sehr gut. Es schmeckt ein klein wenig salziger als das normale Leitungswasser, aber sehr frisch, gerade aus dem Sodamax.
Da die Siebträgermaschine noch nicht vor Ort steht, kann ich über die Geschmacksverbesserung noch nichts sagen. Bei der Filtermaschine haben wir zu dem bisher verwendeten Volvic keinen Unterschied geschmeckt, allerdings stimmen da die Randbedingungen auch noch nicht. Aber die dauerhafte Verwendung von massenhaft Plastik war auf Dauer eh keine Alternative für uns.
Ich würde das Set jederzeit wieder kaufen.
