Unfortunately, this coffee has been consumed, but we plan to have it back with the next harvest.
Our most characteristic coffee to date from our own Finca Santa Rita. The Maracaturra, prepared as honey, smells of oolong tea, tastes of oranges and black tea, is sweet and has an incredibly soft texture with medium, slightly juicy acidity. For tea drinkers who like coffee and for coffee drinkers who like tea. Win-win.

Post-harvest process: Honey-processed. The cherries were first flooded in the water channels to remove the less dense cherries. The cherries were then pulped and laid out directly on a drying bed, covered with a plastic sheet and exposed to the sun for half a day. They were then dried in partial shade and then full shade.
