Why is there the Home Barista online course and our e-learning platform

The stationary Home Barista Courses in our academies in Dinslaken and Basel is always a highlight (when it is not pandemic time). Participants bring their own espresso machines, or alternatively use one of ours, to the coffee schools and we help with fine tuning and get the most out of the machines together.

We have incorporated the experience we have gained from our many years of teaching courses into this Home Barista online course . Our aim is to guide you step by step. That's why we have broken the course down into many short and concise lessons that provide direct answers to many questions. This way you can jump back and forth between the chapters so that you can master the operation of your espresso machine at the end of the course.

We have decided to make our home barista know-how available in this course so that, on the one hand, we can offer you this assistance at any time and in any place (no matter what is going on out there) and, on the other hand, you have the content permanently available and can watch a partial video every now and then or browse through the documents and thus always get the most out of your espresso machine.

Super informativ und absolut preiswert!

Nach 51 kaffeelosen Jahren bin ich nun voll in die Materie Kaffe eingestiegen - vom Rösten bis zum Brühen! Nach diversen YouTube-Videos der Kaffeemacher:innen habe ich diesen Online-Kurs gebucht und bin total happy damit. Professionell, kompetent und didaktisch top aufbereitet, wie ich es mir erhofft hatte. Demnächst werde ich in die Schweiz zum Röstkurs fahren, denn ich bin mir spätestens jetzt zu 1000% sicher, dass die Kaffeemacher:innen mich nicht enttäuschen werden.
Habe übrigens auch die Tassen und den Rohkaffee von den Kaffeemacher:innen. Nach Apas bin ich inzwischen süchtig!

Bisher kannte ich nur die YouTube Videos und muss sagen, der Kurs spiegelt den positiven Eindruck komplett wieder! Äußerst kompetent, leicht verständlich und sehr sympathisch werden die Lektionen vermittelt und das Interesse am Kaffee gesteigert.
