An introduction to frothing milk for latte art on a cappuccino and Americano is covered. The practical units are supplemented by various theory blocks. The history of coffee, processing processes in the country where it is grown and the different names on coffee packaging are examined. Which coffee is actually good or who likes it?
The tongue is not neglected either: coffees from all over the world are tasted and evaluated for their quality and diversity.
