Brief introduction to the coffees included

1. Apas, Espresso

For uncomplicated enjoyment. Nutty , chocolatey , low in acidity . A classic espresso with a heavy body and a long aftertaste. 100% Brazil, 100% APAS cooperative.

2. Toca, Espresso

A neo-classic espresso with notes of rock candy and coconut . Structured with a mild acidity and balanced with a rich body. For an uncomplicated espresso with a sophisticated finish and a caramel-flavored cappuccino. This coffee comes from our Tlapajti project, in which we are supporting a cooperative in Veracruz in achieving organic certification.

3. Mamy, Robusta Espresso

This robust and low-acid 100% Canephora (Robusta) from the Macenta rainforest region of Guinea impresses us. The taste of this honey-processed Robusta is very smooth, almost buttery. Notes of toffee and roasted nuts linger long after the final taste. With their "Macenta Beans" project, Mamy and Relika exemplify how new, transparent approaches can disrupt old structures and bring about change.
