Brief introduction to the included coffees

1. Apas, Espresso

For uncomplicated enjoyment. Nutty, chocolatey, low-acidity. A classic espresso with a heavy body and a long aftertaste. 100% Brazil, 100% APAS cooperative.

2. Toca, Espresso 

A neo-classical espresso with notes of rock candy and coconut. Structured with mild acidity and balanced by a rich body. For an uncomplicated espresso with character and a caramelly cappuccino. This coffee comes from our Tlapajti project, where we support a cooperative in Veracruz in obtaining organic certification.

3. Compadre, Italian Espresso

The Compadre is our interpretation of an Italian espresso: a dark roasted 50/50 blend of Arabica and Robusta from two family farms in Espírito Santo, Brazil. Strong, spicy, creamy, no-frills.
