Option-O has already impressed us in the past with the larger and more expensive Lagom P64. Now, the Lagom Casa, with its conical 65mm burr grinder, is on our test bench. The grinder costs around 680 euros, and like every grinder we test, we purchased it ourselves.
The detailed review will follow. Here are the test data and the test video.

Classification and Conclusion
When we look at the Lagom Casa in the market, it competes with machines like the Niche Zero. Compared to the Niche, the Casa appears higher quality and more modern due to the absence of plastic. Compared to many other single dosing grinders, it stands out with a significantly more thought-out workflow and the absence of an annoying bellows.
Previously, one had to spend well over 1000 Euros to get a grinder with this manufacturing quality and such low retention. Option-O has put together a package here that is particularly interesting for coffee nerds who are looking for precision but don't want to spend 1500 Euros on a P64. It is a clear recommendation for anyone who celebrates single dosing and is willing to spend the necessary 40 seconds per shot. However, if you are looking for a grinder for commercial use or need to pull five espressos in a row for the family in the morning, the Casa will not make you happy – it is simply too slow for that.
