Kaffee machen mit Leidenschaft

Wir sind Kaffeemacherinnen und Kaffeemacher aus Leidenschaft. Baristi, Sensorikerinnen und Sensoriker, wir sind Kaffee-Produzenten, Rösterinnen und Röster. Unser Buchhalter macht beim Brewers Cup mit und unser Putzengel cuppt mit uns. Wir sind alle ziemlich Kaffee verrückt und leben, was wir tun. In Basel, in Nicaragua und im Ruhrpott. Auf dieser Seite ist nur eine anfängliche Liste unserer Kaffeemacherinnen und Kaffeemacher. In der Schweiz sind wir über 40, in Nicaragua zwei Familien, die auf der Farm leben, dazu kommen über das ganze Jahr 5 weitere Mitarbeiter:innen und noch mehr zur Erntezeit. An unserem Standort im Ruhrgebiet in Deutschland sind wir zu siebt.

Passion drives us, but expertise is what sets us apart. Our goal is to learn everything there is to know about coffee. And we mean it. That's why we didn't just visit coffee farms; we became producers ourselves with Santa Rita. That's why we offer coffee gastronomy and roasting—we want to learn from the connections within the coffee chain.

Today, we are Q-graders, multiple Swiss and German champions. Team members judge at international championships and the Cup of Excellence. We advise small cafés as well as roasters that are among the largest in the German-speaking world. We are specialists across the entire coffee chain.
