Why are we selling this knock box drawer? 

Compared to many other drawers, the big advantage of JoeFrex's D-mini is that its slim design allows you to position your espresso grinder well on the knock box drawer. This means you don't need any additional counter space in the kitchen for a classic knock box. Furthermore, this knock box drawer is well-made, easy to clean, and thus fulfills everything we require for 'knocking out'. We use this and similar knock boxes in our academies in Basel and Dinslaken.
