Why do we sell this knock box drawer?

Compared to many other drawers, the great advantage of the JoeFrex D-mini is that its slim design allows you to position your espresso grinder right on top of the knock box drawer. This means you do not need any extra space in the kitchen for a classic knock box. Furthermore, this knock box drawer is well-made, easy to clean, and thus fulfills everything we require for 'knocking'. We use these and similar knock boxes in our academies in Basel and Dinslaken.
