Why do we sell these 54mm filter baskets?

Many espresso machines are well-designed, but costs are often cut in terms of finishing and details. This is especially evident in everyday use with tampers, shower screens, and filter baskets, manifesting as uneven extraction, channeling, and fluctuating doses. That is why we upgrade all 54mm machines that we use ourselves to our KM filter baskets as standard. For us, it is a small modification with a big effect.

The upgrade is almost self-explanatory: just like when cleaning the portafilter, the existing basket is removed and our basket is inserted. Lock it in, calibrate, pull your shot. Done.
