- "If necessary, roasters have to cut back. My experience shows that roasters are always broadening their offerings. Now roasters have the chance to rethink their portfolio."

- "Be careful not to fall into a general mode of change. It's about precisely asking what needs to be changed now and why. Don't just rush into things."
