Johanna's research field is broad, ranging from biology, geography, and agronomy to anthropology. With this broad perspective, she analyzes the coffee industry and sees change as possible only when everyone is active and supply chains are organized more democratically.
Coffee is part of climate change. We can all influence whether it is more part of the solution or part of the problem.
