Why are we selling this scale?

This coffee scale covers all the functions that a scale needs to prepare espresso.

This means that in order to be able to use a brewing recipe properly, an accurate scale with a timer is required in the coffee preparation process. The extraction can only be properly controlled with a scale and timer combination.

The combination of the ease of use, the timer function and the accuracy make it a useful tool for making coffee for us.

We continually receive questions from you as to whether the response time of this scale is as slow as similar scales sold on one or another shopping platform. The answer is no , we buy the scales directly from the manufacturer and use them in our barista courses in Basel and Dinslaken, as well as in many of our YouTube videos.
