The list of all Swiss roasteries
For several years, we have been maintaining a list of all Swiss roasteries. New coffee roasters are constantly being added. We are, of course, delighted to be consulted on the subject again and again and that our roaster map is regularly mentioned. We are particularly pleased that the NZZ is also focusing on coffee roasters.
