Because at Kaffeemacher, we have made it our mission to explore the Caffè crema in all its facets. For us, the Caffè crema represents untapped quality potential, which greatly excites us. It was a tremendous honor that we were able to delve into the most important and exciting Swiss coffee drink with Salz & Pfeffer's Sarah Kohler and photographer Jürg Waldmeier.
