The highlight of our list of tasks is green coffee purchasing. Sure, it's fun to hunt for the gems among the coffees, but a product range requires diversity, which is controlled by the right green coffee purchasing. It's all about quantities, availability, transparency, delivery times, etc.

We work with various models ourselves, have direct access to producers, and can connect you directly.

Product range design

The product range is highly individualized. A roaster usually knows what style and philosophy of coffee it wants to showcase. We are happy to help design a product range and critically examine it.

Consistent roasting is based on a precise roasting profile. A profile is good for us if it's easily reproducible and requires little attention. We can help you:

CO2 calculation

We've developed our own (verified) CO2 calculator for coffee roasters. This allows us to create a clear analysis of the emission sources, allowing us to address and improve them selectively. With our tool, we can quickly and efficiently access the levers where you can have a significant impact.

That depends entirely on you – on your available time and your requirements. We usually do a mix of online sessions and one on-site session.

We get to know each other online and we can understand your concept and your wishes

Often your roasted coffees provide the basis - we taste them and then go into a meeting and plan the next steps

If you come to us: We offer roasting courses, you roast with us, or we do a private consultation in our roastery

When we come to you: a lot is possible in one day, usually we do 1.5 - 2 days to go into depth and taste a lot together
