Rubber blind sieve (universal)

The universal rubber blind sieve is a little helper that can be used in many portafilters for cleaning the brewing group and portafilter. A good alternative to the stainless steel blind sieve .

• The rubber blind sieve fits almost all portafilter sizes . We tested it from 54-58.5mm . Also suitable for all portafilter machines with E61 brewing groups (see pictures)
• With this flexible blind sieve, cleaning the brewing group is almost as easy as with a stainless steel blind sieve . Not suitable for cleaning the brewing group of machines without a pressure relief valve, for example the Delonghi Dedica series.
• The rubber blind sieve can also be used to clean the portafilter by inserting it without the portafilter sieve, with the rubber nose facing downwards, and starting the cleaning
• Diameter 50mm, thickness approx. 2.5mm
• A rubber blind sieve is included in delivery.

Why do we sell the rubber blind screen?

We are actually fans of a stainless steel blind sieve for cleaning the brewing group in our cafés and in our academy. There's no getting around it and it's 100% tight. The rubber blind sieve is super flexible and can be used with almost all portafilter sizes. In addition, cleaning is almost as easy to do by hand as with a stainless steel blind sieve. The rubber blind sieve also has two advantages over a metal blind sieve. 1. The portafilter sieve does not need to be removed. 2. If you remove the sieve from the portafilter and insert the rubber blind sieve with the nose downwards, it can also be used to clean the portafilter.
