The Timemore "Fish Smart Pro" kettle is the perfect choice for coffee lovers who value precision and control . With its optimized temperature control system and new ergonomic handle design, this kettle is ideal for pour-over coffee .
Product details
- Stable and large flow rate: enables precise and agile pouring and stopping. The stronger impact and stirring force ensures good coffee extraction.
- Temperature control: Set the water temperature between 45°C and 100°C . Use the +/- buttons to adjust your target temperature. Includes a temperature hold function.
- Ergonomic pinch-style handle: The handle allows your forearm, wrist, and kettle to form a straight line. It ensures a natural hand position and allows for comfortable pouring, whether you're right- or left-handed.
- STRIX temperature controller: guarantees a temperature accuracy of +/- 1°C. The automatic shut-off prevents dry heating and protects the kettle from damage.
- Dual control systems: buttons and sliders. The slider is more responsive, while the touch buttons are used for fine-tuning.
