Reena Eddiks and Pablo von Winterfels are responsible for coffee sustainability at Tchibo. Tchibo itself is one of the largest coffee roasters in the world, so they have the opportunity to have a huge impact with their work.
In conversation with Philipp Schallberger, they explain what they are working towards, why "simply paying more for green coffee" is not their strategy, and why their work will be done when there are fewer coffee farms.
