"Coffee is a people's business" this is a quote from one of the producers of the Ichamama cooperative. Nothing could be more true for the history of this coffee. This dry coffee tastes like peach rings from the swimming pool. That's it. The delicate acidity, the tea-like, dense texture and the sweet notes of blueberries round off the coffee.
