Our Felix became German Barista Champion on February 27th, 2024. We are very happy. Here you have the chance to grab a bag from the small remaining stock of his championship coffees. This Geisha from Colombia is the espresso he uses. You can find the coffee he used as espresso in the milk drink here .

As German champion, Felix qualified for the world championship. The income from the sale of this exclusive remaining inventory will help finance Felix's participation in the World Championships on May 1-4, 2024 in Busan, South Korea .

Post-harvest process: pulped, anaerobically fermented and then washed

Variety: Geisha

Felix finds the following flavors: sweet passion fruit, white grape, strawberry and elderberry.

Felix's taste description: The espresso has medium sweetness, medium acidity and a slight bitterness. The coffee creates a long-lasting elderberry aftertaste. The espresso also has a medium, creamy body.

Roasting date: February 14th, 2024 - perfect for drinking

Coffee origin

Jorge Rojas was born in 1988. He lost his father when he was just 12 years old and began working on the family coffee farm alongside his mother. After completing third grade, he left school and dedicated his life to coffee. He always wanted to produce high quality coffee and soon became a member of the ASOPEP Planadas association. From the beginning, he trusted in organic farming methods and, together with 300 other companies, received the organic certificate through ASOPEP. This makes him one of the few producers of high-quality organic specialty coffee.
