Jamison Savage is the owner of Finca Debora and for years his coffees have been among the best in the world. In recent years, many baristas have won the title of world champion in various disciplines using his beans.
Sasa Sestic is the 2015 Barista World Champion. He is the founder of "Ona Coffee" and "Project Origin".
Jamison and Sasa founded a new farm in Panama a few years ago - IRIS ESTATE . This farm is located at over 2000m in the middle of the densely forested highlands of Panama.
