Don Zotomayor is a filter coffee that is easy to brew, has an uncomplicated taste and is a gentle introduction to the world of specialty filter coffees. With a great balance of sweetness and acidity and notes of roasted almonds and milk chocolate, it is the perfect breakfast coffee.

Varieties: Caturra, Catuaí. 100% Arabica.

Post-harvest process: Reposa, depulped, fermented, dried

Bisher einer meiner Lieblingsfilterkaffees, die ich probiert habe. Auch super als Anfänger Kaffee geeignet. Mit diesem Bohnen habe ich es das erste Mal geschafft auch mal die Milch wegzulassen 😉

Der Zotomayor wird als idealer Frühstückskaffee und Einstieg in den Spezialitätenkaffee beschrieben. Ich verstehe wieso. Richtig gebrüht hat mir der Kaffee viel (Vor-)Freude am Morgen bereitet. Ausgewogen und milder Kaffeegeschmack. Weder zu “stark“ noch zu komplex.
